Time is running out to apply for the Guy Rotherham Award thatcelebrates quality improvement in primary care and better outcomes forpatients.
The Improvement Foundation and the NHS Alliance have teamed up to present this award for innovative practice in primary care.
Judgeswill be looking for inspirational entrants who can demonstrate at leastone of the nine high impact changes, as published by the ImprovementFoundation last year.
The winning team will receive aneducational grant of £3,000 and will be invited to attend apresentation ceremony at the House of Lords in January next year.

Applications for the 2007 Guy Rotherham Award must be sent to the NHS Alliance by 5pm on Friday 5 October.
