The Nursing in Practice Nutrition Resource Centre aims to provide you with the latest updates in obesity to assist you with the management of overweight patients and related health concerns, including malnutrition, osteoporosis and eating disorders.

Dietary supplements are widely used in the community when food intake is reduced. It is now accepted that nurses should give advice to people with a poor food intake sooner rather than later, before nutrition-related consequences set in.
