The Ninja Nurse campaign is run by Nursing in Practice in partnership with the New NHS Alliance to highlight the unsung work of practice nurses around the UK.

Practice nurses have a lasting impact on the care of the patients in their community – across lifetimes and across generations – preventing health problems before they become an issue and increasing quality of life for families.
Despite this vital work, practice nurses are often seen as an afterthought to GPs and the wider NHS, and the powerful role can be overlooked when it comes to government investment.
