The benefits of IT in Practice - It is secure, safe time, energy and makes clients/patients information/records more confidential. Any body cannot just assess the information of clients/patients without been a member of staff of that organisation or have a protected password. It is also essential because less people will be  able to view personal information
of service users and this has been improving the process of
confidentiality and proper record keeping in work places. It has also help people to develop in their IT skills and knowledge and has also contributed to good communication skills among health staff. IT has reduced lots of paper work" - Maryam Omitogun, Surrey
