The Nursing in Practice Nutrition survey - we need you

The role of the primary care nurse is ever-changing, and the range of clinical skills required is expanding. This short survey is going to concentrate on your experience and knowledge of nutrition support.

Dietary supplements are widely used in the community when food intake is reduced. It is now accepted that nurses should give advice to people with a poor food intake sooner rather than later, before nutrition-related consequences set in. How confident are you in giving nutrition support and treating patients with reduced food intake? And what advice do you give?

The survey results will be reported in the September/October 2008 issue of Nursing in Practice magazine.

There will also be a prize draw where four lucky winners will win £50 worth of Marks & Spencer vouchers each, so please take a few moments to complete this survey and provide your details.

The survey will close on 25 July.

This survey is sponsored by Fresenius Kabi.
