Nurses are invited to sign up for an exclusive online event covering chronic conditions and respiratory – our final Nursing in Practice event of the year.

The Nursing in Practice: Virtual Chronic Conditions and Respiratory event will run on Tuesday 25 November from 9.20am until 4.35pm.

Nurses can register here.

By attending the online event, nurses can gain up to six continuing professional development (CPD) hours and learn from a range of clinical experts during practical sessions that are based on real case studies.

The virtual format also allows participants to dip in and out of sessions throughout the day.

Topics among the programme include:

• Childhood atopic eczema
• Next generation propellants for COPD and sustainability
• Asthma care for children and young people
• Diabetes essentials for everyday nursing practice
• Escalating asthma treatment in primary care
• Asthma management for adults, adolescents and children aged six plus
• Recognising and managing fibromyalgia
• Mental health support for men

The event will be chaired by Nursing in Practice advisory board member Helen Lewis, who is also an advanced nurse practitioner, independent prescriber and Queen’s Nurse.

Register now ahead of Tuesday’s presentations. The full agenda can be found here.
