We want to hear from nurses in practice across the UK to find out exactly what the role of a practice nurse should be. The new Nursing in Practice survey is focused on what your responsibilities are, showing the importance of your role and making a case for how vital the profession is.

You can take the survey here

By taking our survey, you will also be entered into a prize draw for £1,000, alongside respondents to surveys by our sister magazines Pulse, Management in Practice and The Pharmacist.

More importantly, you can help shape the future of the profession. Our previous survey helped to inform the Cogora white paper on primary care workforce, which influenced profession leaders from across primary care and was used by the Royal College of Nursing in their evidence for this year’s pay negotiations.

Our new survey will focus on your roles and responsibilities, and will also be used as part of the next Cogora white paper on patient access.

We will not quote you without your explicit consent, either by your name or anonymously. The results will be reported in aggregate terms in future Nursing in Practice coverage.

The survey closes at 9am on Thursday 17 July.
