Do you have opinions you need to share? Then enter our writing competition with a blog beginning with ‘Dear Jeremy Hunt…’
The best entry will win £100 of vouchers for a retailer of your choice and have their writing published in Nursing In Practice (NIP).
You can choose any subject to write about so long as it begins with ‘Dear Jeremy Hunt’. This may be anything from your thoughts on nurse pay, to a debate on workforce numbers, to a story about a patient who lost their disability benefits.
We want to see originality, clarity and an engaging writing style. You may want to present a political argument, or simply make the reader smile. All entries will be read, but only the best ones will be published in NIP.
We will accept entries from all practising primary care or community nurses, or those in training. Please also supply a photograph of yourself when submitting your entry and tell us your role and place of work.
All entries must be 800 words or less, and be sent in electronic format to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘Writing Competition: [Your Name]’
